VAT
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT. Our Checkout process will clearly display the correct amount of VAT (where applicable) for your country of residence.
The delivery costs are exclusive of VAT.
Refunds
Please refer to our returns policy to ensure you are eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be credited back to the same card or account you used to make the initial payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 working days to show back in your account but by all means email us on customerservices@pincollarshirts.co.uk if you have any questions - its your money after all!
