At Hawkins & Shepherd, your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are more than willing to help you process a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please pack the item(s) in their original packaging along with a note to let us know how to process your return.

Once packed, send your return to the following address using a delivery service that allows for tracking. Please remember to obtain and keep your proof of postage receipt.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive the returned item(s), we aim to process refunds within 7-10 days via your original payment method. If an exchange has been requested, we will dispatch the replacement item(s) within 48 hours of receiving the returned goods.
